3. Types of Digital Purchases: There are two types of digital purchases: instant downloads and made-to-order downloads. Instant downloads are available right after payment, while made-to-order downloads are customized and sent to you once they’re ready.
4. Downloading Your Files: Find your order in the “Purchases and reviews” section and click “Download Files” to get your digital items. You can also find the download link on the item’s listing page.
5. Troubleshooting: If you don’t see your download email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your purchases directly from your TempaLyst account.
6. Delivery Time for Made-to-Order Items: For custom digital items, delivery times vary. Check the status of your order in the “Purchases and reviews” section.
